Check-in is from 4pm. If you arrive earlier, we will happily store your bags.

Check-out is at 12pm. If you need more time speak to the team and they will see what they can do.

We will happily store your bags on the days you arrive and depart to ensure you can make the most of your time in Rio.

Yes! Up to 7 years old - kids are free of charge when sleeping in existing bedding or baby cots are available for little ones.

There are interconnecting rooms available for families, book directly with the team to ensure we have all the details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Dogs are welcome! Let us know you are traveling with your dog for a special rate of BRL 200 + 15% (per night) we will ensure you have all the essentials, homemade cookies made by the chef, Granado treats, bed, bowl, and toilet tape.

* Available for dogs up to 25 kg that are fully vaccinated - proof must be provided and guests must sign the ICH Pet Policy. Cookies are available by prior arrangement.

Limited parking is available at the hotel. Please arrange prior to arrival.
